All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received has a verified quality defect.
Eligible for return/exchange:
- Item has an obvious quality defect (e.g., damage, malfunction)
- Item received is significantly different from what was described
How to apply:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos/videos of the issue
- Once verified as a quality defect, we will arrange a return or exchange
Not eligible:
- Non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal preference)
- Requests submitted after the 48-hour window
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
