Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with QQV Studio at qqvstudio.com. Please read this policy before placing an order. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect selection made by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us at hello@qqvglobal.com. Please report visible issues within 48 hours of delivery where possible so we can investigate promptly. This notification request does not remove your legal rights or automatically exclude a defect discovered later.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video where reasonably possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Return instructions

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to an address printed on the parcel unless we confirm it is the correct return address. Keep the item and packaging where possible. Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove mandatory rights relating to faulty goods.

Where we confirm that a return is required because an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs. For any change-of-mind return required by law, we will explain the applicable return process and costs before you send the item back.

Refunds and exchanges

We will notify you of the outcome of your request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative remedy with you.

Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights

If European Union or European Economic Area consumer law applies to your purchase, you may generally have a right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Contact us to exercise this right. Additional consumer rights and deadlines may apply in your country and take precedence over conflicting terms in this policy.
